Dear Customer Service Team,
It gives me profound disappointment that my recently-bought electronic dictionary doesn’t function properly. Therefore, I’m writing to deliver my complaint and request immediate assistance.
The detailed reasons can be given as follows. To begin with, The battery life of the electronic dictionary is exceedingly short, which limits my daily use badly. Moreover, the performance is so poor that it often lags when I swipe the screen. Most importantly, it has a limited vocabulary database. It happens frequently when I search for a specific word and I get no results. For the solution, I expect either to substitute mine with a new one or at least follow the warranty and repair it. If no agreement can be gained, I will have to demand a refund.
